Recommendations
Ed Gunzeln Global Recruitment Operations Manager, Shell
I brought Cliff in to work for Shell to apply his deep recruitment knowledge to a global programme of change. Within a month, I also asked him to take over the Project Management of one of 6 global projects- testing the value of introducing new technology into the Shell recruitment processes.
In particular, he delivered an innovative Serious Game which will be an attraction/education tool for graduates considering a career at Shell. On a professional and personal level, I would recommend Cliff. He will add insight, good humour and get the job done.
Mark Day Practice Manager, Thompson Snell & Passmore
I recommend you try using Cliff, he is a top bloke. I have known Cliff both as a team colleague and a recruiter. He undertook one out of the ordinary recruitment assignment for us recently which he completed to great effect as fast as possible. He has shown himself to be a consummate professional, never phased by anything. He is a good judge of character, very proactive, and displays good advisory and consultancy skills. He can be relied upon to get things done to a high standard. I trust him.
Adrian Harvey ex Commercial Director British Gas, CEO ElephantsDon'tForget
Cliff is a genuine individual (which is rare in my experience of the recruitment world!) who is trustworthy and reliable and gives sound, measured advice. He knows his market well and I would recommend him.
Albert-Jan Pomper Chief Operating Officer, Ranj Serious Games
In the project that Cliff and I jointly undertook at Shell, Cliff showed to have a strong vision on how Serious Games can be implemented in a corporate context so that real business improvements are realized. As a project manager, Cliff has a good sense of how design and development decisions impact the corporate implementation process. Moreover, Cliff knows how to get all key stakeholders involved.
